Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PazarGoo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PazarGoo is a classified marketplace application that allows users to post, browse, and promote product listings. The App facilitates buying and selling transactions between users in North Macedonia.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You may use the App with or without creating an account
• Guest users can post products using SMS verification
• Registered users have access to additional features including account management and product promotion
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Post illegal items or content that violates North Macedonia's laws
• Upload offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Spam or post duplicate listings
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams
• Violate intellectual property rights

5. Content Moderation

• PazarGoo reserves the right to moderate all content posted on the platform
• We may remove listings that violate our policies or applicable laws
• Users can report inappropriate content through the App's reporting mechanism
• We will review reported content and take appropriate action
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

6. Product Listings

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your listings
• All product images must be authentic and represent the actual item
• Prices must be accurate and in the specified currency (MKD or EUR)
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale of items

7. Payment Terms

• Product promotion services (boosting) require payment through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in MKD and converted to EUR using real-time exchange rates
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe PaymentSheet
• Promotion payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We do not charge hidden fees for currency conversion

8. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect other users' rights and privacy
• Not interfere with the App's functionality
• Report any security vulnerabilities or issues

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are protected by intellectual property laws
• You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to display it
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

PazarGoo shall not be liable for:

• User-generated content or transactions between users
• Losses resulting from the use of our services
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Damages beyond our reasonable control

12. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We are not responsible for user-to-user transactions
• We do not verify the accuracy of user-generated content

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at pazargooapp@gmail.com. We will process account deletion requests within 30 days, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You may also delete your published products (e.g., listings) at any time through the App’s interface.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation or mediation where possible. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Macedonia.
